At Casefactorie, our team is working hard to keep our online stores in operational mode in the midst of the Circuit-Breaker period. We will be providing timely update on our official website and our Facebook page on the actions and the changes that we are taking to keep everyone safe and well-informed. Please make sure to like and follow our Facebook page to stay updated.
With the effect of the measures announced by the Singapore government on 03 April 2020, Casefactorie has made some modification to our business to ensure we are still here to answer to your enquiries and able to fulfil and ship out your orders.
You might notice that we are doing some things differently, because of some changes made to the way we operate in order for us to comply with the most recent restrictions. Despite this, we’ve been working hard to ensure we can continue to provide you with a consistent experience.
1. Changes to store pick up and deliveries
Due to ongoing circuit breaker measures, please note that there will be a 1-3 working day(s) delay in Ninja Van deliveries and normal SingPost postage service. Due to the current government restrictions on how businesses operate, our physical concept store is not allowed to operate and therefore picking up from our store is not an option while you are checking out.
Ninja Van Next Day Delivery is not possible this moment due to expected delay. If you wish to engage your own courier service at you own expenses, please check with us on the pick up location before you check out.
In this difficult period, we are working hard to make sure our stocks are being replenish on time and ship out as soon as possible. To find out more about our shipping and delivery, please head over to our relevant page.
Our team is giving their utmost effort to expedite deliveries to ensure that all orders are delivered as soon as possible during this time period. Some commercial buildings will be impacted by the latest government restrictions, and we are encouraging parcel recipients to change their delivery addresses to a residential address. If you would like to update your delivery address, please email our Customer Service team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Some of the products that you want are sold out
Our team is working hard to make sure there are adequate stocks for everyone. Some stocks are hard to come by. If you want a quick check on the products that you are looking for, please contact our Customer Service team by Whatsapp to +6598933389.
We do expect some delays resulting from an increase in orders. But during this period, we will continue to work hard to expedite all enquiries and orders. It's our way of saying Thank You for all the support and patience you've shown us despite the challenging times.

3. Installation and warranty procedures
Any type of installation or product exchange covered by our warranty is not possible in this period with the effect of the measures announced by the Singapore government. We will revert back to everyone after the Circuit-Breaker period, when our physical store reopens.
