Apple had its annual event at the Steve Jobs Theater on the 10th September. The company announced three new iPhone models, with a new Apple Smartwatch and an all-new Apple iPad. While the company is renowned for making top-end gadgets, a vast majority of the fans glued to their TV screens just to get a glimpse of the new iPhone models. 

Much like the last year, Apple launched three new smartphones iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. In this article, we will take a look at each of these models and analyze their differences. 

For starters, the iPhone 11 costs S$1,149, iPhone 11 Pro costs S$1,649, and the iPhone 11 Pro Max costs around S$1,749. Now there are considerable differences in each of these models.

Features

  • Battery: The base model iPhone 11 provides some improvements over the battery as compared to the models released last year. However, the major improvements can be seen in both the ‘Pro’ models. The iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone Pro Max have a revolutionary battery backup with 11 hours of continuous video playback capability. 
    1. Triple Camera System: With competition in the smartphone market getting swift in the camera department, Apple has come up with the triple-camera system this year. However, the base model iPhone 11 only has the dual-camera setup which is considered a tad lesser than its costlier siblings! The triple camera setup constitutes of a wide-angle 12-megapixel camera, a standard 12-megapixel camera, and a 12-megapixel telephoto camera. With the telephoto lens, Pro users can use 2x optical zoom. Plus, it also provides dual optical image stabilization to capture breathtaking pictures.
    2. Enhanced OLED Screen: iPhone Pro and the Pro Max will come with a Super Retina XDR display. While the iPhone Pro has a 5.8-inch display, the Pro Max will have 6.5 inches one. However, the iPhone 11 will only have a Liquid Retina HD display which is a great display as well.
    3. Color Options: This is the section where the iPhone 11 scores over its super siblings! The base model comes with a great range of colorful options to choose from. However, the iPhone 11 Pro and iPhone Pro Max have the space gray, silver,  gold and a new midnight green as color options.
