Apple Event 2019: iPhone 11 Pro Max, iWatch Series 5, New iPad, Apple Arcade and everything announced

The Apple Event 2019 kicked off in style at the Steve Jobs Theater in California. The company made some important announcements apart from the launch of new smartphones including the partnership with Konami, Capcom and Annapurna Interactive for the Apple Arcade. 

The Apple Arcade will be the first of its kind subscription service featuring over 100,000 different games. The service is expected to be launched on September 19th. 

Apple also made an important announcement for the Apple TV Plus, which is considered to be an upcoming competitor for Netflix and Amazon Prime. The service will provide different TV shows aired across 100 countries.

New iPad 2019

Apple also announced the launch of a new model of iPad, which is made up of 100% recycled aluminum featuring a new OS version made specifically for the iPad range of devices. The gadget is expected to be launched in the last week of September.

Apple Watch Series 5 

Apple known as the pinnacle in smartwatch manufacturing has launched the new model in the series featuring an LTPO (Low-Temperature Polycrystalline Oxide) display. The watch also has an in-built compass and an emergency international calling facility. The smartwatch is expected to be launched around the last week of September.

New iPhone

The biggest announcement made by Apple in this year’s Apple event has been the launch of three new models of the iPhone. The new smartphones will be iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone Pro Max . These new models will replace the existing line of iPhone XS, iPhone XS Max, and iPhone XR.

The new iPhone 11 features a 3-dimensional dual rear camera which will allow users to take wide-angle shots. In addition, the new device also boasts of an improved battery to enhance all-day usage.

The iPhone 11 Pro has some additional features including the XDR 10 display, pro photography mode which allows you to combine multiple images to forge an enhanced multi-dimensional single frame.

To woo their loyal customer base, the company is allowing existing iPhone users to trade-in their phones for the new models with a discount. Apart from the discount, fans would love to buy the new iPhone models as there has been no price hike this year. 

However, much against the speculation, there hasn’t been any announcement for the new MacBook Pro or the new version of Apple AirPods this year.
