Q&A On Common Questions During The COVID-19 Circuit-Breaker Period In Singapore

Q: Am I still able to opt for Ninja Van Next Day Delivery on www.casefactorie.com?
A: No you can't. Ninja Van has released a statement on parcel delay and we do not want to commit to any "Next Day Delivery" in this period.

Q: Why is my order not being fulfilled yet?
A:  Your order will usually leave our premises between 1 to 3 working days and may ship on the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm GMT+8. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select. In this difficult period, we are working hard to make sure our stocks are being replenish on time and ship out as soon as possible. Q: Am I still able to opt for SingPost postage services on www.casefactorie.com?
A: Yes, you are able to do so. Both registered and normal postage are still available. Please take note that registered mail are to your letterbox, not to your doorsteps.

Q: How long is the delivery after I placed my order on www.casefactorie.com?
A: 3 to 7 working days. Rest assure that your parcel will not be lost if you have opted for any service with tracking number.

Q: Can i still place my order on Casefactorie’s Shopee, Lazada and Qoo10?
A: Yes, you are able to do so.

Q: I need an installation for my screen protector. Can you guys install it for me if I purchase from you?
A: No. We are unable to so in this Circuit-Breaker period. If you need any installation to be done, please contact us. We are only able to help you after the Circuit-Breaker is over.

Q: Able to meet-up because I need it urgently?
A: No, but you can engage courier service on your end like Lalamove etc.

Q: Can you guys deliver to my doorstep?
A: No, no delivery by us in this Circuit-Breaker period.

Q: I do not want any contact with any stranger. Can my order be send to my letterbox?
A: Yes, you can do so by opting for SingPost as your choice of delivery.

Q: Can I come down to your store?
A: Our physical concept store is not open for business during this Circuit-Breaker period. 

Q: When would you guys be reopening your physical store?
A: Tentatively, 1st of June. Depends on any adjustment by the local government.

Q: How do I claim warranty during this Circuit Breaker Period ?
A: No, you can't claim any warranty during this period. Warranty need physical examination and ready stock if an exchange is warrant. Please write in to us, we will assist you.

Q: I purchase wrong item, how can I do an exchange?

Q: Any other choices beside mailing? I need the item urgently.
A: If you need your item very urgently, you can choose to engage your own courier service. Please check with us for pick-up location.
