Standard Mail: Standard Mail is free of charge without any tracking . Your purchase will be delivered to your letterbox between 3 to 5 working days. A.M. Fast Mail (Service ceased on 01 March 2020): You can opt for the Fast Mail option if you want your items urgently for SGD $3. Fast Mail will ensure your purchase reaches your letterbox within the next 2 working days if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm GMT+8, this only applies if your order is made on a working day. Fast Mail does not come with tracking number. Casefactorie holds no responsibility in any delay and lost of mail.
Registered Mail: The Registered Mail option allows your purchase to be tracked in case your parcel is lost. You can track your item’s status, making it ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing and accountability. Your purchase will be delivered to your letterbox between 3 to 5 working days. There might be delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Casefactorie holds responsibility for any lost mail. CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel most orders. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimise the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed.
If you no longer want the item(s) purchased, and as long as your product is unopened, please contact Casefactorie Support Team and we'll set up a return for refund. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable in any event, and you may be responsible for return postage.
