Raised Camera Lens

A.M. Fast Mail: You can opt for the Fast Mail option if you want your items urgently for SGD $3. Fast Mail will ensure your purchase reaches your letterbox within the next 2 working days if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm GMT+8, this only applies if your order is made on a working day. Fast Mail does not come with tracking number. Casefactorie holds no responsibility in any delay and lost of mail.
Registered Mail: The Registered Mail option allows your purchase to be tracked in case your parcel is lost. You can track your item’s status, making it ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing and accountability. Your purchase will be delivered to your letterbox between 3 to 5 working days. There might be delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Casefactorie holds responsibility for any lost mail. You can enter your tracking number and trace your shipment via this website. Your tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm GMT+8. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied the country you live in. International orders shipped will be shipped via Singapore Post Limited, SingPost. This shipping method may be delayed further depending on customs policies. The Speedpost Standard and Speedpost Economy methods do NOT come with tracking information. Casefactorie provides international shipping method with tracking number only. You can enter your tracking number and trace your shipment via this website.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to cancel most orders. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimise the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed.
If you no longer want the item(s) purchased, and as long as your product is unopened, please contact Casefactorie Support Team and we'll set up a return for refund. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable in any event, and you may be responsible for return postage.

What are the different states of an order?

1. Order Placed:
Your order has been placed.
We’ve received your order and payment information. Though you can’t make changes to your order right now, you’ll be able to when we start preparing your order.

2. Order In Progress:
Your order will be available soon.
We have all the information needed to complete your order. As soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment. You can still make changes to the order at this point.

3. Preparing to Ship:
Your order is being prepared for shipment.
We’re completing some final details before we ship your order. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the delivery information. At this point, you can no longer make changes to the order.

4. Shipped:
Your order has shipped.
You can track your shipment via Singapore Post Limited to follow your package online if you have selected the tracking option upon checking out. This information will be available within the first 24 hours of shipment.

5. Delivered:
Your order was delivered.
The package has been dropped off at the shipping address specified in your order. If you need to return any part of your order, you can initiate the process online.
