Standard Mail: Standard Mail is free of charge without any tracking . Your purchase will be delivered to your letterbox between 4 to 7 working days. Registered Mail: The Registered Mail option allows your purchase to be tracked in case your parcel is lost. CANCELLATIONS
We are unable to cancel most orders. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimise the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed.
If you no longer want the item(s) purchased, and as long as your product is unopened, please contact Casefactorie Support Team and we'll set up a return for refund. Shipping fees are strictly non-refundable in any event, and you may be responsible for return postage.

5. Delivered:
Your order was delivered.
