Experience amazing, crystal-clear speech quality with built-in echo cancellation and noise reduction. Powered by MEMS technology, a-JAYS Five is designed with a top-of-the-line microphone sporting an acoustic sensor, a low-noise input buffer, and an output amplifier. Unlike most microphones, which degrade over time, we use mic-magnets that recharge each time your earphones are plugged in, ensuring high-performance audio for a long time to come.

Building on the best parts of our award-winning a-JAYS Four driver, we have assembled a brand-new custom driver tailored to deliver power and precise bass, as well as a lively dynamic range with improved details for natural-sounding vocals.




Built to last

Durability is an important focus of the design process at JAYS, and the a-JAYS Five were designed and developed from scratch with that in mind. By combining different materials into the build, and covering precision-turned aluminum with a flexible thermoplastic form, we were able to create compact, soft and flexible earphones with great acoustics. The result is a functional and durable body built to stand the test of time.

We know how frustrating and annoying tangled cables can be, because we have experienced it countless times ourselves. That is why we developed tangle-free flat cables in the first place, and we have continued to improve the design over the years. The cable in the a-JAYS Five has passed our toughest reliability tests for your guaranteed pleasure and comfort.

Accessories to tie it all together

We want you to have the complete experience. That is why a-JAYS Five come with 5 sizes of silicone sleeves. These soft, washable sleeves isolate noise by using your ears as a sealed acoustic bass chamber. Choose the size that fits you best. You also get a functional cable clip that secures the flat cables and reduces cable noise. Finally, to pull everything together, a custom-built carrying case stores the earphones safely when not in use.

Standard Mail: Standard Mail is free of charge without any tracking . Your purchase will be delivered to your letterbox between 3 to 5 working days. A.M. Fast Mail: You can opt for the Fast Mail option if you want your items urgently for SGD $3. Fast Mail will ensure your purchase reaches your letterbox within the next 2 working days if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm GMT+8, this only applies if your order is made on a working day. Fast Mail does not come with tracking number. Casefactorie holds no responsibility in any delay and lost of mail.
Registered Mail: The Registered Mail option allows your purchase to be tracked in case your parcel is lost. You can track your item’s status, making it ideal for confidential or important items which require special handling, processing and accountability. Your purchase will be delivered to your letterbox between 3 to 5 working days. There might be delays beyond the original delivery estimates. Casefactorie holds responsibility for any lost mail. You can enter your tracking number and trace your shipment via this website. Your tracking number will be provided once your order has been shipped.
 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders generally ship in 1-2 business days, and may ship the same day, if the items are in stock and the order is placed prior to 3:00pm GMT+8. We cannot guarantee your order will ship the same day, regardless of the shipping method you select.

Customs Duties and Taxes: Orders shipped outside of the Singapore may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees levied the country you live in. Your local government may impose import duties and/or taxes on shipments from outside your country. As the recipient of an international order, you are responsible for paying any taxes, duties and/or customs fees charged by your government. Casefactorie has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.
Customs Value: Casefactorie is required by law to declare an accurate commercial value on all non-Singapore shipments. We are unable to honour any requests to adjust the actual value of an order on the customs documentation.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. Please also note that when customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
International orders shipped will be shipped via Singapore Post Limited, SingPost. This shipping method may be delayed further depending on customs policies. The Speedpost Standard and Speedpost Economy methods do NOT come with tracking information. Casefactorie provides international shipping method with tracking number only. You can enter your tracking number and trace your shipment via this website.

CANCELLATIONS

We are unable to cancel most orders. Our goal is to ship your order as quickly as possible, and we make every effort to minimise the time between when your order is placed and when it ships out. Unfortunately, this means that it is usually impossible for us to cancel an order once it's been processed.
If you no longer want the item(s) purchased, and as long as your product is unopened, please contact Casefactorie Support Team and we'll set up a return for refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for return postage.

What are the different states of an order?

1. Order Placed:
Your order has been placed.
We’ve received your order and payment information. Though you can’t make changes to your order right now, you’ll be able to when we start preparing your order.

2. Order In Progress:
Your order will be available soon.
We have all the information needed to complete your order. As soon as the item is ready, we’ll send you an update and prepare the shipment. You can still make changes to the order at this point.

3. Preparing to Ship:
Your order is being prepared for shipment.
We’re completing some final details before we ship your order. As soon as it ships, we’ll email you the delivery information. At this point, you can no longer make changes to the order.

4. Shipped:
Your order has shipped.
You can track your shipment via Singapore Post Limited to follow your package online if you have selected the tracking option upon checking out. This information will be available within the first 24 hours of shipment.

5. Delivered:
Your order was delivered.
The package has been dropped off at the shipping address specified in your order. If you need to return any part of your order, you can initiate the process online.
