  1. The stocks listed on are accurate as on 8 December 2017. Casefactorie cannot ensure your purchase on will be committed due to our stock priority is reserved for our walk-in customers for our physical shop unless you have purchased from Reservation will be done immediately upon payment confirmation, first-come-first served basis. Full refund will be processed within 3 working days if we are not able to fulfil your purchases request.
  2. Casefactorie accepts reservations for our promoted products within the promotion period. All reservations have to be self-collected at our outlet before 17 December 2017.
  3. Any return of faulty item(s) purchased during the promotion period must be in the original non-defective packaging with all original contents, labels and stickers intact. Warranty covered by respective authorised supplier/distributor varies and are subjected to changes. Terms and conditions apply. All items sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  4. All promotion items are not eligible for Casefactorie Member Loyalty Point Programme.
